Patricia Ward of DTZ Sherry FitzGerald is quoting €1.52 million for the freehold interest in a prime retail and office investment fronting on to Navan's main street.
The double frontage block extending to more than 743 sq m (8,000 sq ft) was built in 2008 and is producing an overall rental income of €147,994, equating to a yield of 9.32 per cent.
Most of the rent – €92,120 – comes from BoyleSports, whose 25-year upwards-only lease includes a break option in 2019.
Office space on the upper floors is rented by MABS and the Citizens Information Services.
