Lambert Smith Hampton is quoting a rent of €511 per sq metre (€47.50 per sq ft) for a fully fitted office suite at the Bloodstone Building on Sir John Rogerson’s Quay in Dublin 2.

The offices extend to 205 sq m (2,207 sq ft), overlook the river Liffey and are predominantly laid out as open plan, with a boardroom and meeting room facilities.
