CBRE is seeking €2 million for three suburban office investments at Blanchardstown Corporate Park in Dublin 15 which will give the purchaser a net return of 6.08 per cent.
The three blocks are producing a rent roll of €126,891 from tenants which include BCW and iCom Technologies.
The three separate buildings extend to 2,212 sq m (23,809 sq ft) and if sold at the asking price will have a capital value of €83.97 per sq ft.
