A McDonald’s drive- through/takeaway restaurant at the front of the Axis Centre and retail park in Longford town has been sold to an investor for €1.3 million. The fast-food multiple is paying a rent of €90,000 per annum for the 275sq m (2,960sq ft) 80-seater restaurant, which has a further 13 years to run on the lease.
