The latest letting to German retailer Maxi Zoo has brought the occupancy level to 100 per cent at the retail parks in Blanchardstown Centre, west Dublin.
The parks are the largest in the country with an overall space of 40,000sq m (430,000sq ft). The line-up of retailers includes Mama's & Papas, TK Maxx, Smyths Toys, Woodies, Lifestyle, Sports, Harvey Norman, Curry's, PC World and Starbucks. In 2013, the UK furniture retailer DFS chose Blanchardstown for its first Irish store.
Maxi Zoo is part of the German Fressnaph Group with over 1,300 stores and revenues exceeding €1.5 billion. Their new 500sq m (5,200sq ft) outlet in Blanchardstown is to be promoted as their flagship store for Ireland's largest pet retailer.
The parks are owned by Green Property and let by joint agents BNP Paribas Real Estate and JLL.
