Knight Frank has secured strong prices for three farms in Co Meath and north Co Dublin

Agents Knight Frank has secured strong prices for three farms in Co Meath and north Co Dublin.

A top price of €27,000 an acre was obtained for two lots, one 14 acres and the other three acres, at Station Road, Lusk.

Both pieces of land were sold on the instructions of receiver Grant Thornton.

Also in Lusk, the agency secured €14,500 an acre for 56 acres at Rogerstown Lane which are also outside the designated development areas. James Meagher of Knight Frank said the land "offers the potential to be rezoned at some point in the future".
