Knight Frank has secured €770,000 – €95,000 above the guide price – for a retail investment at Upper Rathmines Road, Dublin 6, that will show a yield of 8 per cent.
The premises extends to more than 249sq m (2,680sq ft) and is let to grocery retailer Polonez on a 20-year lease from 2013. The rent has been set at €65,000 for the first three years and is due to rise to €70,000 in the fourth and fifth years.
