South Dublin County Council is bringing a 2.49-hectare (6.15 acres) site at Grange Castle Business Park to market shortly which would have a value of around €3.075 million.

The site would be ideal for a headquarters office development of 21,000sq m (226,000sq ft) in one or a number of separate blocks.

The council is now seeking expressions of interest from developers keen to acquire the site or to partner with the council where the value of the site would be related to any future income streams from it.

However, the council is not interested in entering into a design-and-build and leaseback arrangement.
