Two former petrol filling stations at Santry in Dublin 9 and Athy in Co Kildare come on the market today through CBRE with considerably different valuations.
The first site at Old Airport Road in Santry extends to 0.78 of an acre, has a commercial zoning and is on offer at around €975,000. The Athy site is slightly smaller at 0.54 of an acre and is adjacent to Athy GAA sports grounds on the Dublin road.
The agents are quoting €50,000 for the site which is likely to be used for a residential development.
