Peter Garrigan of the agency, who is guiding €1,295,000 for the 1.91 hectares (4.72 acres), said the development capacity had already been set by existing estates.

There was a strong appetite among both first time buyers and those looking to upsize – a factor which had already led to the development of new homes in the immediate area such as at Heathfield.
