GVA Don Ó Buachalla is seeking €2.3 million for a prime landbank on the west side of Drogheda town.

The 27 hectares (66.7 acres) have a residential zoning and front on to the M1 motorway just south of the Boyne.

A previous planning permission for 530 homes has expired, and according to the selling agent 16 acres have been earmarked under the current development plan as having potential to accommodate around 235 homes.

Entrance to the site is from Sheephouse Road and Rathmullan Road.
