A site of just under three-quarters of an acre with planning permission for a drive-through food outlet at Loughboy in Mell, Drogheda, has come on the market through agents JLL.
The single-storey commercial building extending to 238sq m (2,562 sq ft) along with an adjoining car park and a small playground would normally expect to rent at a minimum of €125,000 per annum.
However, the final terms will depend on whether the building is developed by the trader or the site owner, according to Daniel Carty of JLL.
