Allsop Space is seeking €650,000 for a redevelopment site at Lr Mount Pleasant Avenue in Dublin 6, which is being sold at the request of receiver Kavanagh Fennell.

“Rhodaville”extends to 0.079 of a hectare (0.197 of an acre) and includes a period house divided into four apartments, a separate one-bedroom mews and a car sales garage. Two of the apartments are let and, along with the garage, are producing short-term income of €32,400 per annum.
