The Irish property industry has been greatly saddened by the recent death of former Galway auctioneer Terry Cunningham, who passed away suddenly at his home.

The 71 year old was particularly well-known in the property industry after taking over the running of the family auctioneering business on the death of his father.

Terry Cunningham was widely regarded as one of the most astute advisers in the Irish commercial property sector and figured in many notable property transactions in Galway and Dublin over the past 30 years.

Terry was a man of great integrity and honesty, with a huge number of close friends.
