Knight Frank is guiding €450,000 for a redevelopment site on Cork Street in Dublin 8. The site extends to 0.197 of a hectare (0.49 of an acre) and is comprised of a series of one- and two-storey industrial buildings extending to 2,085sq m (22,443sq ft).
In 2009, An Bord Pleanála granted permission for some of the buildings to be demolished and the development of offices, retail units and 16 apartments.
