Lisney is quoting €1 million for an infill housing site in Blanchardstown village in Dublin 15, which is for sale by private treaty.

The 0.22 hectare (0.54 acre) site at Old Navan Road opposite Davy and Phelans pub could accommodate 10 houses if the existing bungalow on the site was demolished, according to the selling agents.

The bungalow, Clonross, extends to 337sq m and has a part office use.

There is also a single-storey garage on site.
