A high quality retail and office investment property in the Co Galway village of Barna comes on the market this week through DTZ Sherry FitzGerald. The agents are advising a minimum value of €675,000 for Ti Phuirseil which is currently producing a rental income of €69,771. The modern buildings extend to 608sq m (6,543sq ft) and adjoin a surface car park with 51 spaces for staff and customers.

The tenants include Barna Pharmacy, Barna Medical Centre, Barna Village Dentist and Petrogen Services. New owners should be able to increase the rent roll by letting three office suites vacant at first-floor level and ranging in size from 54 -83sq m (580- 890sq ft).

George Brady of DTZ said it was rare enough that such an attractive investment property was brought onto the market in Barna, and for that reason he expected considerable interest in it.

Ti Phuirseil is to be auctionrd on July 16th.
