A private investor has paid the quoting price of €690,000 for an own-door office building off lower Baggot Street in Dublin 2.
The unit provides 107sq m (1,152sq ft) of office accommodation over three floors and comes with one car parking space.
The sale price reflects a capital value of €599 per sq ft.
JLL surveyor Neill McNicholas, who handled the sale, said that with Dublin 2 office vacancy rates now at 6.7 per cent, self-contained office buildings such as 1-2 Baggot Court were difficult to find.
