Jewellers Argento has opened a store at 117 Grafton Street, Dublin 2. It will pay rent of €70,000 for the 68sq m (732sq ft) ground floor and basement unit on a 15-year lease.

Argento, which has stores around Ireland the UK, was founded in 1997 by Irishman Pete Boyle who started his career as a jeweller at a beach stall in Donegal.

Since then, the business has grown and now has over 50 stores. Gareth Shiells of Savills acted for Argento and JLL represented the landlord.
