Savills is quoting €850,000 for three substantially completed two- and three-bedroom houses in a private courtyard close to the Swan shopping centre in Rathmines, Dublin 6.
The houses are of a modern design to maximise the use of space. The units also feature an ancillary basement , enclosed roof terraces and off-street car parking.
The houses are located 55m west of the junction of Swanville Place and Lower Rathmines Road
Jonathan Preston of Savills says the pick-up in the housing market and the increasing number of developers interested in finishing off partially built houses should ensure strong interest in the Rathmines development. He said the completed houses could sell for a figure in the region of €2 million.
