In a market where good quality city centre office space is hard to come by, JLL surveyor Neill McNicholas says they are often asked “do you have own-door offices of 1,000-1,500sq ft in Dublin 2?”
Just now he happens to have exactly that at 1-2 Baggot Court on Lower Baggot Street, which is about to be offered for sale by private treaty at €690,000.
The own-door office is over three floors and comes with one covered parking space. The offices extend to 107sq m (1,152sq ft) and are laid out to provide a mix of open plan and individual offices. The first-floor accommodation includes a kitchenette and both male and female toilets.
McNicholas says they expect strong interest in the office building from both traditional office occupiers and businesses working within the healthcare, beauty and dental industries who would find the location and self-contained nature attractive.
