Lisney is inviting offers around €400,000 for a retail investment in the centre of Sandymount village, Dublin 4, which will show a net return of 6 per cent.
The single storey shop on the west side of the green extends to over 62sq m (673sq ft) and is let to the Jaz Hair Co. on a 35-year lease that runs out at the end of 2020. The rent was increased to €25,000 per annum at the last rent review in December, 2015.
Christopher Belton of Lisney said that as all the surrounding properties were two-storey there was long-term development potential to add another level to the building.
