With renewed interest in Dublin’s Georgian houses, Colliers are guiding €2 million for an impressive mid-terrace, four-storey-over-basement building at 40 Fitzwilliam Square, which is to be sold by private treaty.

The house was previously in office use but, like some others being sold with vacant possession, might well finish up in residential use.

The purchasers would apparently be entitled to become members of Fitzwilliam Square which has a private car park for residents of the square.
