Agent Savills is quoting a guide price of €2.25 million for a two-storey detached office building occupied by Irish Life and Permanent at Cork Airport Business Park.
The office block, which has 1,950sq m (20,990sq ft) of space and 83 surface car-parking spaces, is producing a rent of €325,000 per annum.
The investment will show a net initial yield of 13.83 per cent.
