Turley Property Advisors is confident of an early sale of a secure investment property coming on the market at 1 and 2 Calmount Business Park in Ballymount, Dublin 22.
The agency is quoting €1.25 million for a top rate premises leased to Stanley Security at a fixed rent of €100,000 a year which will run until the end of the lease in 2027.
The rent works out at €100.53 per sq m (€9.34 per sq ft). The lease is guaranteed by the company's European parent, Stanley Security Europe, which is part of the Stanley Black & Decker group.
