Vice-president of marketing for US business, Caspar MacRae, to take up role

William Grant & Sons has appointed a new global brand director for Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey, with Caspar MacRae taking up the role.

Mr McRae was previously the vice-president of marketing for William Grant & Sons’ business in the US. He joined the company in 2008 as category marketing director for its US business, and then became head of innovation.

In his new role, he will drive growth of Tullamore Dew across the US, UK and mainland Europe.

The company is set to open a new distillery in Tullamore later this year, the result of a €35 million investment.
