Bord Bia and UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School are seeking applications from recent and experienced graduates from all disciplines/roles to join the Talent Academy International Graduate Programme

Bord Bia is looking to attract and develop leadership for the Irish food, drink and horticulture sector and foster the next generation of talent in the industry. The Bord Bia International Graduate Programme offers invaluable market experience to graduates, which can act as a springboard for a successful career in the food and drink sector.

This programme combines on-the-job experiential learning, with a fully funded monthly bursary, and academic study leading to a Msc in Global Business Practice from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School. Graduates will spend 24 months working in one of Bord Bia’s 15 offices across its global network, and receive extensive training in Consumer Insights, Sustainability, Brand Marketing, Digital Innovation and Leadership.

Bord Bia is looking for graduates from any discipline as long as you have a Level 8 degree on the NFQ Framework and a minimum of 2:2 (expected or attained).

Above that, it wants graduates who have a passion for the Irish food and drink industry. Bord Bia is working for and with producers that have that passion, so you should too.

Applications close on November 6th, 2022. The next intake will commence in June 2023.
